Yes. Standard machining leaves a translucent finish. We offer Vapor Polishing and Manual Buffing to restore 100% optical transparency for lenses and sight glasses.

We use stress-relief annealing and plastic-specific sharp carbide tools. This eliminates the “crazing” or cracking often seen in poorly processed PC parts.

We typically hold ±0.05mm. For high-precision medical or aerospace components, we can achieve ±0.01mm depending on the geometry.

CNC: Best for < 500 units, rapid prototyping, and thick-walled designs.

Molding: Best for high-volume production where you can offset the mold cost.
